The Château de Castelnaud (Castelnaud-la-Chapelle) has fascinating history and beautiful medieval architecture. Moreover, it is one of my favorite places in France. I suggest it to all travelers who want to visit beautiful places in france, must visit the château and enjoy the scenic views from the castle/fortress of the surrounding area and the Dordogne River.
